Our aim is to intensify, concentrate and polarize program components. There is a polarization around the train station due to its high traffic intensity:1. a continious ground, voids made of patios, 2. gardens which constitute 30% of the total intervention site and 3. a constellation of buildings. A continious ground concentrates public facilities, parking lots and leisure areas. This agglomarate creates an opening out of the ground. These two layers of the the same ground are in recurrent overlap. These overlaps are made of voids patios going down and full earth going up. The top layer welcomes the public facilities for the neighbourhood and the access to the dwellings. The dwellings are participating of the intention of densifi cation throught there compact form. Therefore the plan is also suitable to offices or any use. The intensification of the density throught the process of overlapping offers to the inhabitants the city in its totallity.
